My Versa has stopped registering my steps and heart rate - does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with your Versa, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing? Is your device not recording other stats like distance, floors, etc. or just heart rate and steps? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process that should fix the step-count issue as well.
