Versa won’t track steps anymore

I keep recharging my Versa hoping it will start working correctly again and it shows all the functions but won’t track my steps. It starts the day saying I have steps but ends the day w/ the same amount. This busy working mom with 4 kids and a 40 minute work out would have easily registered over 10,000 steps, but now 843 steps all day everyday😢

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with accuracy of steps recorded.

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure as described in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
