Versa won’t turn back on following issues with the screen turning itself on/off

Hello!

 

I was at work today and I noticed that my Versa on my lanyard kept flashing with my home screen on and off as if I was checking the time or using the automotion! So I turned off the automotion and it continued to do this, so I turned it off. However now I’ve turned it off it won’t come back on? I’ve got home and plugged it in to try and wake it up and nothing seems to be working! Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @BethlyHallows , seems to be the result of the new Firmware update to 70.7.14. If you Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support, it's their problem since more Versa users have the same problem. regards kuzibri
