Hi @Msdanhill1105, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on.

 

Please let me know if your Versa vibrates that you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 24 hours and see if it comes back to life.
