Versa won't turn its display on

Yesterday morning the logo screen appeared on my fitbit, I thought it was resetting until it drained the battery.  I charged it for a few hours and the logo screen remained.  The screen turned completely off last night, so I left it on the charge for 10 hrs.  It still will not turn on.

@movingmomma it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on even after charging it.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
