Versa won't turn on. The screen is blank

 My versa has been acting whacky for the last couple of days. When I tried to choose an activity, it chose the wrong one then whole thing went crazy flipping between screens. Today I woke up to a blank versa! Nothing on the screen, just black. I tried putting it on the charger, nothing. It is fully charged by the way. I tried shutting down. Nothing. What can be done?

Try do this : https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186?q=2047&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

Also try to keep it on the charger for 30 mins.

 

If none of this helped, contact support. Maybe you have faulty device.
