I did a factory reset for my fitbit versa and tried all the ways to turn it back on but it still showed black screen. I had tried to charge it, then press left with right botton button then tried to press all 3 buttons but it still won't on. Any ways to turn my fitbit versa on. ☹️

I have the same problem. I bought my versa Sept.2019. 3 days back the screen automatically started switching between options and auto clicking and scrolling. The next day parts of the screen stopped being responsive. and the swipes stopped working. I tried restarting it but it did not help. Today it only showed the clock face and nothing else and sometime later in the afternoon the screen went all blank.
I can still see the green light blinking at the bottom. When I put it on the cradle I do hear the USB sound of device detected on the windows PC. Fitbit app shows my battery get charged from 88% to 93% but the screen is all blank and none of the buttons are responsive! Please help open a support case and recommend next steps.
The screen wont come on even while on the cradle for charging. I followed instructions here but even if I press buttons simultaneously for 12+ seconds nothing happens. Please help!
