Hi i have a fit bit versa I factory reset it last night now work turn on or anything

I'd go ahead and try what @SunsetRunner has suggested you. In case that the restart doesn't work, I'd like to ask you if when you performed the restart on the watch you felt a vibration ? If your Versa did not vibrate, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a manual factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
