Versa won't turn on after a factory reset

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced a versa not switching on after a factory reset?

Hi @AshSwan - yes, this can happen due to a bug in the factory reset process, unfortunately there is nothing available that will fix it.

If you do decide to replace it and used it for notifications and HR, go for the cheaper Versa 2 which is less problematic and is more functional than the later watches. Don't forget to look at other brands with better battery life and working features not found on Fitbits.

@AshSwan- if you are within the warranty period it can be replaced where you bought it.

@Guy_ That's not how it works in the USA, where Fitbit is based. Normally after your return period, you have to go through Fitbit support for a warranty replacement. Not where ever you bought it from.

Thanks so much. I’m from South Africa so it will probably be more difficult for @Fitbit to actually care
