my Fitbit won’t turn on after i factory reset it. but i have done it before and it was fine. i don’t know how to get it to turn back on. i have let it charge for days too and order a new charger and charged it on that one. what do i do ?

Hi, normally I would advice to put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and leave it there for 2-3 hours at least, but since you've already done that, I would advice now to contact Customer Support and tell them what you already tried.
