Versa won't turn on after factory reset

I just factory reset my Fitbit and I can't switch it on anymore! I'm putting it in the charger but there's nothing lighting up from the screen. HELP!

Hi @tengster , after a FR your watch is essentially totally new (in the box state) and needs to be setup in your Fitbit app from scratch, just as when you bought it. Regards kuzibri

@tengster, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on after trying a factory reset.

 

I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue got resolved after setting it up as @SunsetRunner advised.
