My versa wouldn't connect to my app. I shut down my versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, turned off my phone Bluetooth then turned it back on reconnected everything and it still wouldn't connect. So I completed a factory reset through the settings on my versa but now my versa won't turn back on. The battery is fully charged and I've tried just pressing just the left button alone, the left and lower right buttons at the same time and all three buttons at the same time. My versa is only one year old. How can I fix this?
