Versa won't turn on after factory reset

I factory reset my device it will not come on i held 2 buttons then i did the 3 buttons and nothing it will show 0% of battery even though i charged it and i uninstalled fitbit app and i reinstalled it again took device off to try it and i get nothing its frustrating

I am sorry to hear your device won't turn on after doing a factory reset. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you.
