Versa won’t turn on after factory reset

I factory reset my Versa and it’s fully charged and now it won’t turn on. I scoured this page and completed all actions referenced and nothing is happening. It is a black screen and doesn’t even get to the FitBit logo. Someone help!

So no my issue wasn’t resolved, I was told my Versa was experiencing a MANUFACTURE DEFECT but nothing is being done to make the issue right. If I had $120 to spend I would have bought a brand new Fitbit instead of trying to get mine fixed. This has not been a good customer experience for me. Had I done something to cause the issue, other than completing a factory reset, I would have understood the lack of a resolution without having to purchase a new Fitbit but instead the agent confirmed a manufacture defect and yet I am not able to use my Fitbit unless I spend more money. The discount doesn’t even work on the exact tracker that I had, which is a Versa with Rose gold. This is not a resolution. I will not be purchasing another device. I attached screen shots of the agent I spoke with confirming this was a manufacture defect and not any actions that I did.
