Hello,

I factory reset my Versa and now it won’t turn on. I have tried the 3 button reset and I’m not getting the Fitbit logo to show up. Help!

Try the 2 button restart, the 3 buttons are for a factory reset.

Hold in the left and bottom right for at least 10 seconds
