Versa won’t turn on after factory reset

My Fitbit Versa quit vibrating when I would receive notifications, it would only vibrate when my alarm went off or when I got a phone call. It also would not stay connected to my wifi. So I decided to do a factory reset on it. Now it won’t turn back on. I tried the 3 button hold but no luck. Any help or advice would be appreciated !

I would like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, let me know how the factory reset was performed.

 

Finally, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed accordingly. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life, vibrates when getting notifications and syncs with your WiFi properly.
