Versa won't turn on after factory reset

I factory reset the versa. And it will not turn in I've tried charging it stays black screen . Doesn't vibrate. Not lights. No logos. Nothing. I've tried multiple  times to hold the buttons  . Nothing  .  What will make it turn on?
