Versa won't turn on after factory reset

I just factory reset my Fitbit versa, because it was being slow. But now its not turning back on and there's just a black screen, I tried pressing all three buttons and restarting it but nothing's happening. While I was trying to restart it, it did show a low battery sign, so I plugged it in. But even after keeping it plugged in for at least 45 minutes, the screen is still black.

Hello @MananM, your participation here in the Community Forums is appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, your effort troubleshooting your device before posting over here is also appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Looking forward to your reply.

the hr sensor is not flashing and device is completely unresponsive. I have already tried to charge it and I did all the troubleshooting. I also tried restarting it and pressing all three buttons for 3 minutes but nothing is happening. I doubt that its because of the battery, because it was fully charged before I resetted it. Thank you for responding.

Unfortunately a factory reset often kills the device due to a bug in the process and there is nothing you can do.

It killed mine too, though Fitbit sent me a replacement.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I also have a versa 2 that I factory resetted a few months ago, but it was all fine. the bug's probably in versa only, but thanks.
