Thanks to corona lockdown, I did not use my Versa for quite sometime now - we were restricted to step out at all.
Now, that I want to get back and moving, the Fitbit doesn't seem to charge, start or react to anything that I am doing.
I have been told by someone that I need to let it charge for long hours - not sure if it helps though.
Any guidance or help will be highly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Hi @VishalD, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo,
Appreciate your response to this.
The band is not working at all - nothing is shown on the screen and the device doesn't seem to charge. Have tried charging for few hours - but no response yet. Only ray of hope is - in between during charge, the fitbit logo appears on the screen and it disappears again, not sure if there is some connection issue with charger and the logo appears only when the connection between band and the charger is established properly?
I have tried cleaning the charger and the charging nodes on the band as well - but unfortunately, have no way to check if there is a problem with the charger or the band.
Look forward to hearing from you
Thanks
Vishal
