I went to settings on my Fitbit versa and shut it down but now it won't turn on. I have tried charging it, pressing the buttons, but nothing is working how do I turn it back on.

Hi @Hmatt19!

Have you tried charging your Fitbit again?

Then try the combinations.

Maybe the "backup" electricity has run out.

Also what did you do for your workout?

@Amy.ritchie Thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. Please let me know if your Fitbit Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on properly.
