Versa won't turn on after the update

Hello Support,

I was using versa for more than an year and it was working until the update on last week. The update went well and rebooted.. then within a couple of hours the battery level went to 2% and no more display. I have tried the following troubleshooting guides and no display and no vibration as well, pls note that the charging cable is in good condition as I am able to charge another versa device using the same charger:

So please provide me a solution to bring back the versa online!.

Thank you.

Hi there @sathishg, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

At this moment, the limits of what we can do for you here on the public community forums for the issue you're experiencing have been reached, so I've contacted our Support Team on your behalf to look into this issue further and provide you with some options. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for further instructions. Note that due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

Have a nice day!

Hi,

I haven't heard from the support team yet. When I can expect an update? Or should I forget about my Versa device??

Thank you.

@sathishg We're sorry for the delay in getting back to you, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual what means it may take almost 7-10 business days to respond. I cannot create a new case for you as it will take longer, so I'd appreciate if you wait the next few days to receive a response from our team. Keep in mind that they will definitely continue working with you.
