I updated my Versa yesterday to the latest firmware. It had a couple hiccups during the process (the watch turned off while updating and the install process needed to be restarted). Both the watch and phone were charging the whole time. Finally the phone said the update was complete and the watch worked fine. But sometime since then it turned off and now I can't get it to come back on. I've tried restarting (power & lower buttons 10 sec) but nothing works. Are there any other methods of restarting the watch? Should I contact support for help?

Did the Restart at least complete? Try it several more times. If that doesn't work still, contact Customer Support.
