Hi.. I simply shutdown my versa to restart in order to update the firmware.. but now it's not starting.. everything is clean. Please help.. I'm freaking out..

I am sorry to hear your watch won't turn on after doing a restart in order to update the firmware, and the back button is not working. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help.
