Hi. I'm new to this online forum. I bought a versa in September 2018 and today the screen doesn't work. When i place on charger it lights up but remains black. I've tried turning off and on numerous times holding the left and bottom right buttons. The screen will light up but there's nothing on it. Just a blank lit up black screen. Thanks in advance!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Once you've tried these steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
