Hi all my Fitbit will not turn on. I’ve tried to charge it but it is completely dead. I’ve tried to reset and all the things I can find on the internet but no joy. It’s just out of warranty. Can any help advise?

Thank You ☺️

This seems to be a common problem with the Versa unfortunately. Mine is only 8 months old and has completely stopped working. Ive tried the troubleshooting tips to no avail, and sent 3 messages to the "support" on Twitter with no responses. I'm extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated.
