I loved my versa because I could pay with it and track everything. Trying to still get steps in with Covid pandemic. Stupidly updated my versa last month and it’s been dead ever since. Battery will no longer hold. It’s over a year old so I doubt Fitbit will send me a replacement. I’m soo sad because I loved the Fitbit platform and have turned down getting an Apple Watch because I’m loyal to Fitbit. Now I am not sure I want to buy another Fitbit.

Hi @Onaquest, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't turn on and the battery drains fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate the your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
In case the battery is still draining fast, please try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.
