Versa is less than 18 months old. Recently, after showing a full charge, the watch died. Tried recharging, and, nothing; progress didn't even show on face. Thought it was the charger, so I bought a new charger. The 0% icon showed after holding all 3 buttons for approximately 1 minute, so I used the new charger overnight. In the morning, Versa showed a charge of 100%. However, less than 8 hours later, the Versa was dead again. Now, it doesn't even show the 0% charge icon when holding down the buttons, and is not charging on the new charger.

Hi @EileenWhitmore, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on or taking a charge, even though after trying a new charger. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and it takes a charge properly.

We have already tried everything in the help article, and have had it on the plugged-in charger for over 24 hours. There is no change to the Versa.
