Like others, I too have a blank screen  First started as my brand new Versa (have had for only 3 days) stopped communicating/syncing with my IOS ap.  I tried to “restart” the device and now I have a blank screen.  Holding buttons down as detailed in below experiences has done nothing.  Very frustrated.  Any thoughts or ideas?

@Sorokjo What happens if you put it in a charging dock? Does the screen stay blank? Charge it for two hours, then attempt regular reboot (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes). If this does not resolve the issue, please try performing 3-button factory reset. It will be tricky as your screen is dead:

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo is displayed (you probably won't be able to see it due to dead screen, so please hold for approx 15 seconds)
  2. After Fitbit logo disappears, release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
