I have only had my first stuff for a few months I used to wear it regularly and I took it off to go on a trip and left it at home I was gone a little less than two weeks. When I came home of course the battery was dead so I put it on charge. And ever since then it has not been working I can get it to turn on and show the Fitbit logo but it doesn't do anything else I have tried everything that I could find online as far as trying to reset it and it is still not doing anything. Does anybody have any helpful tips?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also lists the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, check out if your Versa comes back to life.
