Versa won't turn on and won't charge

I did the firmware and software update on my Versa yesterday and today when I went to add a clock face it said my Versa was not connected. My phone still said it was connected via bluetooth so I shut my Versa off and when I went to turn it back on it won't. Put it on the charger and the screen won't light up saying that its charging either. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
