My versa is fully charged, but it wont turn on
It's a black screen, and when I try to sync it on the app it wont sync. Please help.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Same thing happened with mine. I charged it all night I saw it at 100% by 4 am then by 10am it died again I charged it and waires until was 100% then by 1 pm it died again I left it on charger since 3pm yesterday and it isn’t turning back on. I feel the watch is warm but isn’t on I charged seeing if screen was just broken but won’t sync

I'd advise you to contact the support desk and have them work through matters with you. I've had my Versa since mid May and all was well until about a month ago when it started depleting its battery. I've been working with them for the past day trying to resolve it and the battery seemed to be doing better until the watch suddenly appeared to die on me last night. It had a black screen which shut down and as you describe it got warm on the docking charger without being able to seemingly take on a charge or turn on again. At this point my watch is being recalled for replacement.
