Updated my Versa yesterday and it wasn't syncing today.
Did a regular restart and now it won't turn on at all.
Watch is plugged in and not charging showing as charging.

@bbabes, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa won't turn and won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying a restart before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Actually tried the restart process and it "hard" started it again. It still had 13% battery even after being off for a day so now I'm wondering if the home button on the device is the issue?
How should I proceed?

@bbabes, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your Versa's display turns on.
Let me know how it goes.
