I reset my versa and now it won’t turn on at all. I have tried a couple different chargers , so I know it’s not my charger. Not sure what to do now.

@Kimcharlotte,  welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
