Good morning
I hope you can help me.
I’ve bought my Fitbit Versa on 17 July 2019 via Takealot and now my screen is just dead… so I cannot see any information anymore.
I could still upload/sync my data until yesterday morning – so my info was last updated on 1 March sometime during the day – late morning and not again. My Bluetooth is on. I've also tried to reboot/restart the device by holding the 2 buttons for 10 seconds. Nothing!!
I’ve even put the device on charge again – although I cannot view or see any information.
What is wrong? Is there a chance of exchanging the FitBit Versa for another one or not?
Please help me!

hi. The heart rate sensor are not flashing.... no green lights on.

What was the outcome of the troubleshooting steps from my previous post? Did the heart rate sensors flash when you were troubleshooting them or did you feel the vibration after trying the restart process?
