During the night my Fitbit turned off and now it won’t turn on or charge at all. I’ve had the Fitbit on the charger for over 12 hours and have tried pressing and holding buttons for several minutes but nothing has happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

@amandaaviles welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
