Versa completely died two days ago. No problems prior to this. Doesn't seem to charge. Fitbit icon comes on once in awhile, but nothing happens (black screen) afterwards. Tried manual reset... nothing. Had it for one year two months.

@lp_gardener welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on completely. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life.
