My versa died. It's fully charged. I tried the factory start but nothing is happening. Anyone know what to do next?

I have the same problem. My versa was not reacting well to touch so i turned it off gracefully but now i am unable to start it! Even after letting charge for one day. nothing happen. I tried the 3 button reset but it is not working. Please help!!

I'm happy to assist you with your Versa watches since they won't turn on even after trying the restart process.
I'd like you guys to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watches for 2-3 hours and see if they get back to life.
