Versa won’t turn on just black screen

My Versa can not turn on, just black screen. Tried charging it over night but nothing happened this morning.

Does  anyone have a solution?

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I called the 1st time & Fitbit support team got it working.

Thanks for your reply.... do you have a number to reach them on... can understand it may not be as quick with current situation
