Versa won't turn on nor charge

It started with my Versa randomly buzzing for no apparent reason about a week ago.  Then a couple of days later, the screen would sleep and wake without provocation from me (my settings were set to manual, not auto).  Next, the screens would change on there own as though I had pressed a button on the screen...but I didn't. Finally, when I woke up this morning (I sleep with my watch on for tracking purposes), I could tell the watch was on (it buzzed with my normal alarms), but the screen was dark (not completely black).  A couple of hours later, it was completely black.  I had just charged it the day before so I thought it was strange for it to need charging again.  Anyway, I put it in the charging dock...but nothing.  No charging.  I switched ports and still nothing.  Watch still won't turn on. I can't reset it because no matter how long I hold the buttons, the logo never appears.

My versa never did turn back on.  Fitbit did however send me a replacement tracker.  So far so good.
