I have had my Versa since Christmas 2018. Today it just stopped working, will not turn on and will not take a charge. I tried the troubleshooting tips and no success. When syncing I receive a message that device is not found. Any assistance or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to avoid providing the same information on my end.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it come back to life.
