My Fitbit versa randomly died in the night last night whilst there was plenty battery left according to the app and it had tracked some of my sleep. Upon trying to use it this morning it was not responding. I have tried charging in the port for over half an hour and all it will show is 0%. 
I have tried resetting by holding down the buttons and nothing is happening. Help?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa turned off randomly and it won't turn back on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
