After walking outside with my dog for about 30 minutes I realized my fitbit was longer responding to me pushing any of the buttons. It then began vibrating rapidly like it was trying to catch to the missed button pushes. I then took it off my wrist and realized that the sensor that tracks the heart rate had condensation in it and it was no longer tracking my heart rate. The screen also stopped turning on. I can provide pictures but for some reason I am having trouble uploading them.

Hi @Mr_Mitchell, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen is unresponsive and it stopped tracking your heart rate.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, put it on the charger and see if it vibrates and turns the display on.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
