Versa won't turn on, on my wrist & Short Battery Life after new OP upgrade

After updating, my Versa screen will not turn on when I push any button, while on my wrist. If I take it off my wrist, the screen will turn on. Needless to say, it doesn't track my heart rate anymore and for 2 days, it didn't track my sleep. PLUS the battery is barely lastlasting 1 day! Before the update, the battery lasted almost a week. Help.

@PtPlanner The first thing to try is several reboots of the tracker in a row. Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. If this does not help you need to factory reset Versa. Since you can see the screen when not wearing Versa, take it off. It will be easier.  Factory reset will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app. You may need to perform factory reset several times. Yes. I've seen it before.

Thank you for the information, but I can't find the "about" button under settings. The only thing I see when I hit the settings button is "Settings - Select up top 7 stats to easily track with Fitbit Today."

@PtPlanner No, you're in the Settings of Today app. I'm talking about main Settings APP on Versa. Swipe left until you reach an icon that looks like a gear cog on your Versa. Tap it to open, then scroll down to About. Tap About and scroll down to factory reset.
