Help!! My beloved Fitbit has stopped working completely since doing the recent update? I did the update, battery died, charged overnight now nothing? It will not show anything on the screen at all.. I have tried deleting the app and re installing. I’ve tried the resets on it but I can’t get anything on the screen at all?
I have the Fitbit versa. Has anyone else experienced this or managed to sort theirs?

I've just sold my versa and the buying messaged me saying that she had this same issue. I'd come here to look for a fix, I can't believe I managed to sell it to coincide with this! I hope there's a fix so I can help

Mine is exactly the same. Although will turn on when connected to the charger, turns back off when I take it off charge, battery saying 0%

It’s working!!!
ive found a response on here from a few years ago.. hold all three buttons down for 3 mins. It’s flashed 0% battery. Do it again then plug it straight into the charger and open the Fitbit app on your phone. It took a long time to re-charge. But the following day- hey presto!! It works!!

I'd like you guys @SunsetRunner @Rachmars68 @Garethsully to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watches for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.
