Good day,
I am experiencing the same problem...Fitbit won't turn on or charge. The saddest of all is, that it was replaced by Fitbit 2 months ago.
I did everything that was suggested, cleaning etc.hit it is still not charging.
Please help

If the issue persists, my best recommendation will be to get in touch directly with our Technical Customer Support department here. Also, I can contact them for you if necessary, just let me know the outcome of the steps recommended.
