I have the versa. I have had it for year and a half but I recently did the update .Then also got in water for the first time with it and the screen had lines on it yesterday. I tried to reset it and then about an hour later it just shut off with a full battery. It’s been on charge now over night and still not on.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
