I charged my Fitbit versa usual. I always let it go to 100%. Went to look at it. But the screen was black.
Took it out of the dock. There was almost a backlight showing. Looked up problem shooting. Suggesting I reset it. Pressing the back and two buttons. Felt it vibrate. But still nothing. No light. No logo. And no lights on the sensors at the back. What should I do.
