Versa won't turn on or charge

My versa is not responding after shutdown.i thought it is because battery problem but still not working after connecting to the charger.please help.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

No it didn't.i have sent back to seller for a replacement.

I have a fitbit Versa lite, it wont charge and battery has shrunk to 0%, not sure if charger has gone faulty
