Versa won't turn on or charge

Please assist, my versa doesn't charge or turn on.. What might be the issue? I lost 2 workouts already:(

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa doesn't charge or turn on. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling. I also recommend trying to switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I've tried all those steps and I think what's left for me is to try another
cherger to see if the problem is with the charger or the watch.
Unfortunately I cannot change the face clock at this point because it is
completely off.
