Hello everyone,
I have been using a Fitbit Versa for the past year or so and it was working fine.
a couple of days ago and after I have stopped using it for while, I tried to use it again. I charge it and turned it on. when I started to synchronize I got a notification about a Fitbit update available. I tried to update and it failed several times be my Fitbit goes off though the battery was not empty. Now it is no longer charging and I can't turn it on anymore. I tried pressing all combinations of buttons but nothing happened. It look like completely dead,

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
